To approve that
• The change request to re-profile the existing LPTIP
allocation on the scheme to use the unspent £741,000 from the
LPTIP Grant Agreement 1 approval to fund immediate works, required
to maintain the contractors programme and hit key pre booked
possession dates, is approved.
• The Combined Authority enters into a deed of variation to
the existing Grant Agreement with the developer.
