Decision details

To enable funding to be in place for preparatory work to continue on the White Rose Station scheme in advance of the signing of a new Grant Agreement with the developer. The station will be a new rail station with associated access situated on the existing Leeds – Huddersfield Line alongside the White Rose Office Park, Millshaw, Leeds, between Morley and Cottingley on the Transpennine route.

To approve that
• The change request to re-profile the existing LPTIP allocation on the scheme to use the unspent £741,000 from the LPTIP Grant Agreement 1 approval to fund immediate works, required to maintain the contractors programme and hit key pre booked possession dates, is approved.

• The Combined Authority enters into a deed of variation to the existing Grant Agreement with the developer.
