• Sir Roger Marsh OBE DL - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest - Roger Marsh declared a disclosable pecuniary interest in relation to Agenda Item 6, Strengthened Local Enterprise Partnerships and specifically recommendation 7.2. He advised that he would vacate the chair and leave the room whilst it was considered.
