To approve the commencement of work on the Mirfield Site A Park & Ride project from the WYCA Park & Ride Programme, to give full approval to scheme costs of £308,863.07 from the West Yorkshire+ Transport Fund and to WYCA entering into a Section 56 Rail Grant Agreement with Arriva Rail North for the value of £267,517.07 for the works to be undertaken.
