To approve that:
i. The change request to the CityConnect Phase 3 programme to
release the remaining £35,030 (of the £148,000 approved
at decision point 2) from the West Yorkshire plus Transport Fund
for monitoring and evaluation is approved.
ii. The Combined Authority enters into an addendum to the existing
funding agreement with Leeds City Council for expenditure of up to
£148,000 from the West Yorkshire plus Transport Fund
