To approve that:
· The Superfast West Yorkshire and York Contract 3 scheme proceeds through decision point 5 of the Combined Authority’s assurance process and work commences on activity 6 (Delivery).
· Approval to the Combined Authority’s contribution of £7.646 million (which will be funded by £6.898 million capital funds from DEFRA and £748,000 revenue contribution) is given.
