To approve that the West Yorkshire Integrated
Urban Traffic Management Control (UTMC) project element A proceeds
through decision point 5 of the Combined Authority assurance
process and work commences on activity 6 (delivery).
To give full approval to spend £3.843 million to deliver
element A of the UTMC project, to be funded by the Transport Fund,
which together with the previously approved £111,580
development costs, takes the total funding approved for this scheme
to date to £3.955 million
