To approve the Change Request for the
Knottingley East scheme to: extend the Growing Places Fund (GPF)
loan repayment date for from 15th February 2018 to 30th September
2018 or within 30 days of the sale of the land, whichever is
sooner, at an interest rate on the entire capital sum for the
period of the loan repayment of 4.54%.
To approve that WYCA instructs Leeds City Council to enter into an
addendum to the existing funding agreement with St Pauls
Developments Ltd to move the loan repayment deadline from 15th
February 2018 to 30th September 2018 or within 30 days of the sale
of the land, whichever is sooner.
