(i) Once the DEFRA funded infrastructure deployment within Contract 3 Broadband programme completes on 30th June 2022, the Managing Director authorises the Director of Delivery to implement either Option 1 or Option 5 as detailed in Exempt Appendix 1 to bring the contract to a conclusion. (ii) The board approved 13.2, recognising we are working towards option 5 and should that not become a viable option, approved the enacting of 13.1, Option 1 and delegated to Director of Delivery to authorise.
