Resolved:

(i)              That the update on the status of the Leeds City College Quarry Hill Skills Capital project be noted.

(ii)             That option 1 as outlined in exempt Appendix one be approved

The Committee considered a report which provided an update on the Leeds City College Quarry Hill Skills Capital Project and provided options for consideration as outlined in exempt appendix 1 to the submitted report.

Resolved:
