Approval to enter into a funding agreement with Leeds City Council for funding currently held in the programme risk budget.
Resolved :
(i) That a funding agreement is entered into with Leeds City Council for up to £0.300 million, together with the remaining contingency funding be endorsed.
(ii) That a funding agreement is entered into with Bradford Council for up to £0.150 million be endorsed.
(iii) That further discussions with Leeds City Council and Bradford Council once the outcome of the dispute resolution process is known be endorsed.
