To enable continued development of the A629
phase 2 highway improvements scheme in Halifax town centre
including the development and delivery of a new bus station as an
integral part of the scheme.
To approve the change request to the A629
phase 2 scheme to approve development costs of £366,415 for
the bus station component, taking the total scheme development
costs to £2,981,415.
To approve that the Combined Authority enters into an amendment to
the Funding Agreement with Calderdale Council for additional
expenditure of up to £366,415 from the West Yorkshire-plus
Transport Fund.
