To enable development work to continue on the scheme which aims to deliver cycle links from Halifax town centre towards Mixenden, Ovenden and Illingworth, as identified in the Calderdale Cycling Strategy, while also creating greater and safer space for walking within residential neighbourhoods of Ovenden and Holmfield.
