UTMC project leading to improvements to facilities at key junctions
on the West Yorkshire Key Route Network (KRN), including the
implementation of Split Cycle and Offset Optimisation Technique
(SCOOT) and Microprocessor Vehicle Actuation (MOVA) and upgrading
obsolete equipment.
