To enable development work to continue on the
scheme which would deliver an increase in car parking spaces at
Shipley Rail Station from the current 140 spaces to a total of 227
spaces.

To approve that the change request to the Rail
Parking Package – Shipley scheme to increase the previously
approved Section 56 by £86,939 (taken from the indicative
approval of £2.55 million) to progress design feasibility at
Shipley Railway Station is approved. This will take the overall
approval for Section 56 to £252,371.
To approve that the Combined Authority enters into an addendum to
the S56 Agreement with Northern Rail for an additional
£86,939.
