To approve that:
i. The change request to the Land Release Fund (LRF) programme is
approved. This confirms that the overall LRF programme cost is
£475,875.
ii. The delivery timeframe for Craven’s Airedale Avenue and
Wakefield’s Langthwaite Lane projects within the LRF
programme is extended to March 2022.
iii. The Combined Authority enters into a funding agreement with
Wakefield Council for expenditure of up to £19,375 from the
Land Release Fund.
iv. The Combined Authority extends the funding agreement with
Craven District Council for the Airedale Avenue site until the end
of March 2022.

To allocate delegated funding from Department for Education to support the new Lifetime Skills Guarantee to Grant providers route 1: Level 3 Adult Offer to the total value of £4,622,770 for delivery from 1 August 2021.

i.The change request to the TCF Kirklees Early Walking and Cycling
Gateways – Dewsbury Rail Station Access and Huddersfield
Better Connected Stations projects, to change the completion dates
and funding profile, is approved.
ii.The Combined Authority enters into an addendum to the existing
funding agreement with Kirklees Council for expenditure of up to
£1.735 million from the Transforming Cities Fund –
Tranche 1/Early Gateways for the Huddersfield Better Connected
Stations project.
iii.The Combined Authority enters into a funding agreement with
Kirklees Council for expenditure up to £0.160 million from
the Transforming Cities Fund – Tranche 1/Early Gateways for
the Dewsbury Rail Station Access project.
