To give authority for work to commence on the
refurbishment and modernization of the Combined Authority’s
head office building, Wellington House.

To approve that the West Yorkshire Combined
Authority Head Office Accommodation project proceeds through
decision point 5 of the assurance process and work commences on
activity 6 (delivery).
To give approval to the total project cost of £7.488 million
is given. This is funded entirely by the Combined Authority (from
the approved budget for Corporate Projects).

To enable work to commence on the latest phase
of the Elland Road Park & Ride scheme, providing an additional
550 parking spaces as well as the provision of an additional bus
service, improving bus frequency to every 6 minutes, while
supporting the objective of delivering 10 buses per hour by 2020,
this additional bus frequency benefitting both existing users of
the park and ride site, as well as catering for new
growth

To approve that the Elland Road Park &
Ride Phase 3 project proceeds through decision point 5 and work
commences on activity 6 (Delivery).
To give approval to the total project value of £6.31 million
is given from the Leeds Public Transport Investment Programme
(LPTIP) fund.

evaluation of the impact of Channel 4’s investment in Leeds
City Region along with appraising the benefits achieved for the
city region.

To approve a change request to the Creative
Industries Opportunity Programme to fund an economic impact
assessment to determine the long-term impact of the Channel
4’s relocation decision.
To give approval to bring forward £70,000 in development
costs, taking total development costs approved to £120,000 to
be funded from recycled Growing Places Fund monies.
