To approve that
· The Corridor Improvement Programme A58/A672 scheme proceeds through decision point 5 and work commences on activity 6 (Delivery).
· Approval to the total scheme cost of £4.947 million, to be funded through the West Yorkshire plus Transport Fund, is given.
· The Combined Authority enters into an addendum to the existing funding agreement with Calderdale Council for total expenditure up to £4.947 million from the West Yorkshire plus Transport Fund.
