Resolved: That following a recommendation from the Investment Committee, the Combined Authority approves:
(a) That the West Yorkshire Mass Transit programme proceeds through decision point 1 (Strategic assessment) and work commences on activity 2 (Strategic outline case).
(b) That development funding be agreed for £2.041 million from WY+TF Transformational Fund to develop the feasibility of the scheme.
(c) That future approvals are made in accordance with the assurance pathway and approval route outlined in the submitted report following a recommendation by the Combined Authority’s Programme Appraisal Team. This will be subject to the scheme remaining within the tolerances outlined in the report.
