Resolved:
(i) That approval be given to formally submit responses to the consultations launched by Trans-Pennine Express and Arriva Rail North, as per the draft responses sent out to members on 26 June 2017.
(ii) That WYCA officers continue to work with the two train operating companies and Rail North to pursue positive outcomes for the Leeds City Region from the May 2018 timetables.
