Resolved – That the minutes of the meeting of the Finance, Resources and Corporate Committee held on 5 September 2024 were approved as a correct record.

Resolved:-

(i)              That the Committee noted performance against business plan outputs for Quarter 2 of 2024/25 and planned activity to address challenging performance in the Quarter 3.

(ii)             That the Committee noted the work taken place to progress the development of a Performance Management Framework for the Combined Authority.

(i)              That the Committee noted the financial position, as reported in the submitted report.

(ii)             That the Committee noted the Combined Authority’s monthly financial management, financial reporting and quarterly forecasting arrangements.

(i)              That the committee noted the information provided in the submitted report relating to the Combined Authority’s workforce.

(ii)             That agreement was provided that the pay gap reports be published via the Combined Authority’s website and Government Portal.

Resolved - That the Committee noted the contents of the submitted report, together with the Appendices 1 to 4,which explained the arrangements for the new Employment Panel.
