To enable Leeds City College to complete delivery of the project to develop advanced training facilities for the delivery of its healthcare and life science technical skills & training at its newly constructed Quarry Hill campus, along with the refurbishment of poor quality accommodation at the Park Lane campus.

To approve that:
• The change request for the Leeds City College (Quarry Hill) project for a change in scope for the Park Lane campus refurbishment is approved.
• The change request for the exceeding of the Combined Authority’s time tolerance by taking the theatre works out of the main Quarry Hill build contract is approved
