To enable further development work, including
geotechnical surveys, to be carried out on the proposed car park
extension at Outwood rail station which once delivered would
increase parking capacity at the station by an additional 167
spaces.
To approve that:
• The change request to the Outwood Rail Park and Ride scheme
for bringing forward spend of up to a further £70,000 from
the full scheme indicative approval of £1.540 million
• That the Combined Authority enters into an addendum to the
existing funding agreement with Wakefield Metropolitan District
Council to increase by up to £70,000 from £130,000 to
up to £200,000.
