Issue details

A decision is sought to change the criteria for the award of capital grants to businesses from the Business Growth Programme. The change would affect businesses and their employees across the Leeds City Region, and would require recipients of grants to deliver additional outcomes as part of the Combined Authority’s commitment to Inclusive Growth. This could include the requirement for higher paid jobs, and/or, active participation in a number of existing projects related to employment and skills, improved business productivity and sustainable travel planning.
