A highway improvement scheme along the A650 Hard Ings Road, Keighley, in order to improve traffic flows and reduce traffic congestion on the A650 and in Keighley town centre. Air quality and safety will also be improved and new cycling and pedestrian facilities will be provided to encourage the use of sustainable modes for local journeys.
