Funding for Monitoring, Evaluation and Bid
Development is included in the approved LTP IP3 programme to
provide a budget for a range of on-going Local Transport Plan
management activities required to support the whole programme.
Allocation of funding to these activities was agreed by all West
Yorkshire partners.
