Rail Policy and Programme Development
Funding for Rail Policy and Programme
Development is included in the approved LTP IP3 programme to
provide a budget for a range of on-going rail policy and programme
development work. The main purpose is to develop a new rail policy
and strategy for the Leeds City Region, and following on from that,
determine the future programme of rail schemes to feed into
WYCA’s and other regional, sub-regional and national delivery
partners’ scheme pipelines.
