This change request seeks an increase in
funding of over £1m, and change to the project scope
particularly to the signalisation of the A58 junction with Station
Road and Sowerby New Road and proposed cycle improvements along Pye
Nest Road and between Swires Road and King Cross Road. An increase
to delivery timescales is also sought.
