Road) Cycle and Pedestrian Improvement scheme to proceed through
Decision points 2 - 4 (Business Justification) to Activity 5
(Delivery) of the Combined Authority’s assurance process,
subject to conditions set by PAT.
Approval to the Combined Authority costs of up to £1,621,790
is given, subject to an Approval to Proceed, taking the total
approval to £1,897,790. The total scheme cost is
£1,897,790. The Combined Authority enters into a Funding
Agreement with Leeds City Council for expenditure of up to
£1,897,790.
