envelopes under UKSPF Pillar 3: People and Skills, and call areas
to allow officers to develop the Invitation to Bid, and
• Authorise the Chief Executive to agree, prior to
publication, the full Invitation to Bid document in consultation
with the Mayor, the Chair of the Employment and Skills Committee
and the Chair of the LEP.
